Project Overview

The house looks like a single level bungalow from the main road. It is only when you stand at the back of the site that you realise the true grandeur of this contemporary design.

The colour of the deck, Atlantic Grey, compliments the stonework, contrasting with the white walls but doesn’t overpower the visual aesthetics of the house. The timber doors add visual warmth to the house.

The main living area is on the top floor, all rooms lead on to the balcony.

The ground floor (mainly bedrooms) has five sets of patio doors all leading on to the low maintenance deck at the rear of the house overlooking the half area garden.

The continuous wraparound step of the decking creates a safe unobstructed link between the house and the garden.
