This unique self build, passive house project was designed to maximise the value of its lakeside location. This property was featured recently on Irish television (RTE) hosted by Duncan Stewart.  The programme was dedicated to new eco friendly, carbon neutral building technologies.

The wall panels of this passive house were manufactured in Austria and arrived fully glazed and insulated.  The house is heated by a geo thermal heating system.  The heat pipes rest on the bottom of the half acre lake.  The solar tubing system adds additional hot water to the heating system.

Deck25 Anti Slip Decking was used as an integral part of the exceptional design of this passive house.  Silver Grey was chosen to contrast against the colours of the house. Deck25 Anti Slip Decking was chosen because of its strong eco credentials, being a 90% recycled product.
