This ocean front complex contains 24 apartments most with their own private balcony decks.  All balconies face the Atlantic Ocean.  The 3 most important factors governing the choice of which decking material to use were low maintenance, durability and slip resistance.
Deck25 was chosen because it is a high quality low maintenance material that is solid throughout its depth.  It has excellent resistance to severe weather conditions and salt water.  It also has excellent anti-slip properties.

The colour Deck25 Atlantic Grey blends with the galvanised steel structure of the balconies, the stainless steel and glass of the handrail system and contrasts gently with the pastel colours of the main building.
